Memory... All Alone in the Moonlight...

My title is a line from a song in the musical, Cats, which is coming to Idaho Falls this fall! I want to take my gramps to it. Anywho...

Here are the directions:
1. As you comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

  1. Dude, on my Memory post, I was totally going to put up a pic from Cats! Great minds...

Anyway, when we were super little I remember we were playing in the snow, and it was time to come in, and I totally got stuck, like, up to my waist in snow. And you came and got me out! It was so sweet of you!

Also, who could forget the time that you sat and spit cherry pits at me and got my white shirt all fetching dirty?

And one more: One time you were dancing to some song, and you were holding a 2-liter Coke and shaking it around to the beat. Then you totally opened it up and it sprayed ALL over the whole kitchen! Good times! :)

  2. T-ball, good times, good times! Since I haven't known you very long there aren't many to choose from. I will never forget however, how happy you made my son while sitting with him during t-ball games. You were great with him and all the others you kind of got stuck watching.

  3. I remember some random Leadership camp thing we did at a cabin....not sure whose it was....but Mr. Kane was in charge and all the student council was there and we did all sorts of weird things. I remember lying in a hammock and laughing really hard about something and then going upstairs and hanging our heads down to the first floor (that doesn't make any sense, but there was no railing) anyway...I think that's where one of the crazy pics in our yearbook with my freaky hair comes from.

  4. I remember in third grade you thought that Brian (shoot forgot last name) I could look it up. and since I am a nerd like that I will....Brain Baker. (he is standing between Me and you in the class picture)

You and I had the biggest crush on him and I decided that I would be really nice and let him be your boyfriend. Hee hee (I don't know if he knew what kind of effect he had on us)

And then my all time fav. is playing barbies in your basement.

and Bike riding and listening to our walkmen's (such 80's) when they announced that Wham! was breaking up. (I am not much of a George Micheal fan anymore).

  5. Lee's Mongolian BBQ...need I say more? We need to make some more memories together, so when ya coming down? 24th offer is still open. I would say we would come up there, but a mom with a broken hip is pretty hard to travel with. (I know...poor excuse.)

On a side note... I love your family/friend blog links thing where it shows the latest posts and when it was posted. How did you get that?

  6. kar, remember when davina, you, and i went to texas roadhouse for lunch with out the kiddo's and afterward we went to ralfs to get a pumpkin for my son's photos. when i went to pay i punched in my pin number to my debit card and it didn't work. when i looked down, we had both taken the wrong debit card back from the waiter at the restaurant. i was attempting to buy my pumpkin with your debit card. i felt like such a knob! but, it was funny! i am just glad we both didn't lose our debit cards! that would have been a bad ending to a great afternoon! love ya!

  7. I remember laughing in art class at Tyson. (I think that was his name. He was always trying to be tough and rude to me)

  8. Ahh remember those corn tortillas we used as frisbees before I left for home? Remember when you told me how your sister used to chase you up the stairs grabbing your legs? I still can't believe you let that one slip, cuz even now I would do that to you if I was following you up the stairs! There are so many good memories, I still can't believe we were only roomies for one semester! Good times!

  9. Lots of great London memories....

Remember the guy who asked if he could sniff my knickers? We ran so hard all the way back to the flat because we were freaked out!

Remember when we dressed up as the Spice Girls for Halloween?

Remember WHAM!? We were so excited to get their CD we played it the entire time we were packing to leave London. Everyone hated us.

  12. Sorry, I'm probably the slowest person to comment...

Earlier this year I was driving by the Idaho Falls temple with my wife. I pointed to the field just up the street and said, "I remember a friend of mine who got carted away because she broke her collarbone playing kissing rugby in that field." You were pretty competitive. :)
