Disagreement

Ben took a picture of these "clouds" in the sky the other day. I told him that they were leftover jet plumes from planes, not clouds. He insisted that they were clouds. What do you think?

  6. ok, I think you are both right. Here is how.

You know how jets go so fast through the air? If the air is moist enough don't you think that maybe that would be enough to stir up some cloud trails as it passes?

I think they are cloud caused by the jet passing uber fast.

  9. It is clearly a Contrail (short for "condensation trail") Simply a trail of condensed water vapour made by the exhaust of aircraft engines. As the hot exhaust gases cool in the surrounding air they may precipitate a cloud of microscopic water droplets. If the air is cold enough, this trail will comprise tiny ice crystals... at least that's what the Government wants you to believe SUCKA! Contrails, are actually toxic substances the government deliberately sprays on an unsuspecting populace for everything from health to population and mind control. Ok, maybe it's just water and ice.

  10. Jet plumes for sure! Or technically what Greg said, which is clouds made because of planes. It definitely didn't happen spontaneously.
