Watercolors

I mistakenly bought watercolors for Dylan last fall, and they didn't end up being on his school supply list. I kept them, though, for a rainy day.
The kids pulled them out a couple of weeks ago and painted like ten million pictures with them:

Then they proudly stuck the pictures on my fridge:

This cracks me up - Dylan painted a rainbow for me, but instead of putting "Mom" at the top, this is what he put:

  3. LOL Missy will call Jer "Jer" sometimes, just cause I do... and me "April" ... sometimes I wonder if I should be more adamant about fixing that...

  6. How fun!! Those paintings look awesome on the fridge! I don't dare buy paints for my kids! Although, I have let them use my craft paints once when I did that chore chart a while back. Haha, about Dylan writing Kar!:)
