Dang thyroid.


Goodbye, size 10 pants. I don't fit you anymore. Nor do I fit your cousins, the size 12's. The doc has lowered my thyroid medicine three times now, therefore, I continue to balloon out. It's frustrating. I work out one hour per day, but for what??? I might as well sit on my ever-expanding arse. The end.

  1. *SIGH* I know what you mean, but in a different way. It's so frustrating to work so hard and not lose the weight!! You still look damn good Kar! Love you no matter what size you are!!

  2. count calories with me! seriously, it's the only thing that has made a difference. last semester i was working out like 2 to 2.5 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY and nothing came off. i've been counting calories and losing about a pound a week. i can hook you up with the goods if you want 'em

  3. Change your diet. I know yuck but cutting out almost all the carbs always helps me. Stick to protein, veggies and fruit. I have to start it also. We could start together! Are you lifting weights? That also makes a huge difference to me.I am sure you look great. Remember size doesn't matter or weight. It matters how you look and feel.
