Let me remind you, pre-story, that Dylan says "that's why" to mean "because." So whenever you hear him say, "that's why," insert, mentally, the word "because."
The other night, before dinner, Dylan said, "I'm so hungry I could ride a horse."
I said, "Don't you mean you are so hungry you could eat a horse?"
"No, ride a horse. That's why horses taste gross."

I hear horse tastes a little like dog food! :) Not sure it is something I would want to eat.
Dylan is so funny! I think I am so hungry I could ride two horses, but then again I am nursing! lol
