I Like You.
Sometimes I say weird, obvious things to my kids, as a way to tell them I love them. Whenever I cuddle Micah, for some reason, I always gush, "You're a baby." I think I got that from Pooh. I think Pooh used to always say that to Bishop when he was teeny. Or when Sadie is acting particularly cute, I squeal, "You are just a teeny little girl!!" The other day, Dylan was just being super cute and actually pleasant for a moment, so I hugged him and said, "I like you."
Dylan said, in response, "I'm learning to like you."
Um, okay...
What a boy.
ReplyDeletehahaha that is so funny! Dylan is quite the character. Oh and thanks for checking out my blog. And just in case you don't see I commented back on my impatience post about angie. She is living up in Sitka, Alaska. So we see her maybe every 6 months.

ReplyDeletelol, oh my gosh. That kid cracks me up! He is so funny. Mostly because I think my kids would say the same thing!
ReplyDeleteHaha! That's so funny! I would start cracking up if one of my kids said that to me! Dylan is such a funny kid!:)
