A Bump-In
Sadie and I went to Wal-Mart together a couple of weeks ago. We were just leaving the candy aisle and rounding the corner when we ran smack-dab into a kid from her class. They stood looking at each other, agape.
"Sadie S.?!??!!" said the kid.
"Connor N.?!??!!" said Sadie.
I laughed and laughed. I love how the last initial is automatically added on there, even in non-classroom situations. Sadie isn't just Sadie. She's Sadie S.
And I loved how unfathomable it was to them that they ran into each other at the store. The shock on their faces was equal to, say, running into an alien at Wal-Mart.

Priceless! I really think it's so funny that they use the initials in class at all. It just goes to show that names are trends. I was always glad I was the only Ben in my class all the way through elementary school! Not the only smith though ;)
The last name initial thing is great. Jenna is always super thrilled when she sees a classmate at the store! I saw James' teacher recently at WalMart and when I told James he was in shock, like they don't know they exist outside of the classroom!
LOL!! That's hilarious!! Jonas' teacher makes them write their name and then mailbox number on EVERYTHING. Jonas will do this anywhere we go now, even if it's not for school or his teacher will never see it. I think that's funny and cute!:)
haha nice! that is funny!
