One of them actually fell and hit his cheek! I forgot to take a picture of it. It just left a teeny little bruise. It reminded me of the Christmas Story - when Ralphie makes up some story about an icicle falling and breaking his glasses. I said to Ben, "What are the odds that someone actually gets hit in the face with an icicle?" He told me that a staggering number of people get hurt or killed by icicles every year. I decided to look it up to see if he's right. I didn't find much, but I saw a few statistics taken from Russia in 2008 - 74 people died just in Moscow that year from falling icicles. Crazy!!! I guess I'd better tell Dylan that he is no longer on icicle duty.

Those icicles are awesome! I think if Dyl stands right under them to knock them down then he'd be more likely to get hurt, but where he's at he should be okay. Maybe.
