Ben took these shots the other night, when I was at work. Dylan somehow fell asleep in a precarious position on his chair in the dining room....
While watching Annie:
Dylan is such a supernova. It takes a lot for him to fall asleep randomly. He's been so tired and whiney lately. I think it's because he's hit this growth spurt.
Did you see his scabby nose in the first picture? He originally got a sore from wiping his nose all of the time because of his allergies, but now he just keeps picking at the sore, so it never heals. He often comes up to me, fingers all bloody, nose all bloody, saying, "Mom, I have a bloody nose!" I guess, technically, he's right - his nose does have blood on it. But he hasn't had a real bloody nose yet. Actually, neither have I, come to think of it! That's a pretty impressive streak I have going on - no bloody noses ever, in 31 years! Poor Ben gets them all the time. It's the dry air.

Wow, I am impressed with your record of no bloody noses. I went a really long time bloody nose free but over Thanksgiving I had one really bad.
Shelby got her first nose bleed last year she walked, smacked right into a glass door. Poor kid. The door was leading to the hotel pool. (they really get those doors streek free).
Btw: I have been reading your blog all day...You crack me up!
Erin falls asleep all the time in funny places, it is a crack up! gotta love colds and allergies, I hate scabby noses, I am sure the kids hate them even more!
Cute sleeping picture! My kids have all had bloody noses this winter in the dry air. It's always at the worst moment. Usually right when we're headed out the door somewhere. But Reagan got one a couple weeks ago when he threw himself on the floor in a tantrum. Hit his nose on the hard wood. Ouch!
john gets lots of bloody noses, too. poor guy.
poor dylan. bentley picks his sores and makes them last for months. it drives me crazy. :)
Dyl is such a cutie. He's got that sleeping in class thing down, and he hasn't even started school yet! I'm impressed.
I pick at scabs, too. So I can't say much. They drive me crazy. And it's too bad that I get so many pimples, because I pick at them, too. Then it takes forever to heal. I was told by one of my co-workers that nurses are born pickers. It's in our nature or something. You should see some of the puss pockets I have had to pop at work. Holy cow!
I can't believe that you have never had a bloody nose. That really blows my mind. Spencer and I get them fairly often.
Nice I wish I could get my kids to fall asleep watching tv! Kaitlyn struggles with bloody noses and it bites! I had to have my nose fixed when I was little because of that too!
